Our studio is a quiet space away from the distractions of everyday life. This intentionally designed studio offers fully immersive guided group experiences for meditation and relaxation as well as healing arts therapies for pain management.

Our signature yoga classes are unique combination of dynamic yoga flow, practicing yoga postures, breathing exercises or pranayama, and deep relaxation technique.

Our Meditations
Our meditations are designed to take your mind and body into deep relaxation. When we stimulate our relaxation response, our bodies can reset, reboot and restore!

Our signature meditations are unique combination of breathing, chanting, visualisation techniques, and silence. Sessions vary in length and theme, and are accessible to new and experienced meditators.

Our mind and bodies are intimately connected. State of our mind can affect our physical well-being. When we feel relaxed, calm and peaceful, we experience vibrant energy and also feel harmony and balance at physical level.

Our Healing Arts Therapies
Anjali Gadre is a highly skilled and experienced physical therapist. She has been a physical therapist since 1995 and has worked with hundreds of women with chronic pain issues. 

Her approach to physical therapy is different. She treats the "whole person" and not just the part that is hurting. That means she will address physical limitations as well as mental and emotional stress, sleep habits and eating habits in her therapy since all these factors are important in living a pain-free and active life!
