10:00-10:30 am: Talk on Yoga for Spine Health By Anjali Gadre,PT

10:30-11:30 am: Yoga Session. Practice poses, breathing techniques and meditation for spine health.

11:30-12:00 noon: Q and A. Get all your burning questions answered about your back/neck pain.
